About

Winemakers and Importers since 2016.

Whilst nearly all our imports are certified organic our Yarra Valley and King Valley wines are all made from purchased fruit in the tradition of a negoce. Our growers run what the French call “lutte raisonnée” viticulture or “reasoned struggle”. The choices made must always be carried out with the vineyards health, longevity and sustainability in mind.

Marc grew up in South Australia not far from the Barossa Valley. His wine journey began in the Adelaide Plains/Barossa Valley before relocating to the Yarra Valley. Marc was the first foreign stagiaire to train under Charles and Eric Rousseau at Domaine Armand Rousseau in Gevrey Chambertin. Charles then helped organise a place at Domaine de la Romanee Conti the following harvest. Being lucky enough to work with some of the most revered French winemakers over a decade. This taught him to question and challenge everything you do in the vineyard and cellar. This is the hallmark of the wines we make.

Leanne is a Londoner who was brought up in South Australia’s Adelaide Hills. Never really settling on one career, and having worked over the years at Marie Clare and World Vision, she currently works as a senior adviser in the legal industry in Melbourne. Her real passion is photography, flowers and ceramics.
